Refund policy
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. However, please note that we only accept items that are broken or of low quality for a refund. If the items have already been processed or shipped out, you are not eligible for a return, unless they meet the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be have been received and in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (Unless it arrived broken). Additionally, you must provide proof of the damaged product to be eligible for a return, and a receipt or proof of purchase will be required.
If you meet the return criteria, you can contact us through our Contact Us page to initiate the return process. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we will not accept items sent back to us without prior request.
Upon receiving your returned item, we urge you to inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us right away so that we can address the issue and make it right.
Certain items are not eligible for return, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any doubts or concerns about returning a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.
Please be aware that we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Regarding refunds, once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
